This sm accessory is a stainless steel speculum with 13cm blades with curves for a more comfortable insertion.
It is designed with a system of wheels that allow to vary the opening height.

It is mainly designed to enlarge the inside of the rectum.
The possible height can reach 10cm.

The external opening goes from 4 to 6.5cm
