Very disappointed with this product, really poor quality, the suction cup doesn't hold and tears on first use

I'm very disappointed because the suction cup has no adhesion whatsoever, even on an ideal surface. It has a persistent, unpleasant smell, which is a pity because this Curtis has a mouth and a pleasant texture.
