Degraded Mouth gag and nipple clamps

This gag is composed of a circle of 7cm in diameter to keep the mouth open.
This accessory opens the mouth (between 4.5 and 6cm) and enters the nose to reinforce the submission side.

The nipple clamps are linked to the gag by a 32cm metal chain.
