RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or if you have changed your mind, you have 30 days to return your product and get an exchange or a refund. The period starts from the day you receive your order.

To make a return request, simply contact us to obtain your return number and the address where you must send the product back.

The returned product must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.
For products in contact with the skin, they must be returned in their original packaging. If the packaging was sealed to ensure total hygiene, the product must be returned sealed.
